Each order will include a mix of roasts, high-end steaks, mid=level steaks and ground beef. Some will include bone-in cuts such as back ribs, short ribs or meaty soup bones (beef cross-cut shanks).
Each bundle will include approximately 10 lbs of ground beef and approximately 10 lbs of other cuts, with each bundle having a total weight of at least 20 lbs. Items in order will have a value of at least $195.
