Ground beef is a staple of home cooking for many for good reason. It is tasty, easy to use and relatively inexpensive. Made from quality pieces of our completely grass-fed beef our standard ground beef is fabulous grilled as a burger, made into meatloaves, meatballs, browned and included in a casseroles, chili or soup.
We aim for 90 percent lean muscle and 10 percent fat for our standard ground beef, BUT it can come out higher when the beef are particularly well-marbled.
Our ground beef has the same flavor profile as all our other grass-fed beef cuts because it is those beef cuts, just in ground form.
As with all of our beef products, our ground beef has no artificial preservatives. Our animals are raised from birth in an ethical manner, and with care and respect. All of our cattle are pasture raised and completely grass-fed and grass-finished. We never use hormone implants or antibiotics.
