As the name implies our ground sirloin is made by grinding the meat from the sirloin muscle of our grass-fed beef. The sirloin is a nicely marbled cut of meat so this ground meat tends to be about 95% lean.
Just like ground beef, ground sirloin is so versatile and can be used in so many recipes. You can use ground round to make excellent burgers, meatloaves and so much more.
Our cattle are ethically raised on our pastures and are never given grains, hormone implants, or antibiotics. Our meat is carefully cut and packaged by our USDA inspected butcher and we offer frequent pickup location stops in southeastern Idaho and northern Utah.
