We will make up the bundle following the guidelines below:
4-6 lbs lamb roasts - Leg or Shoulder - approx 2 lbs of mixed chops - Loin, Rib, Shoulder and Leg steaks
- (usually one loin or rib chop and one shoulder chop or leg steak)
- and 2 mixed pkgs of ground lamb, stew, kabob, shanks, or riblets
These bundles may include a mix of paper wrapped and vacuum sealed meat.
